- Pack the jewelry unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging.

- Return the package to a PostNL point.
- Please keep the tracking code safe. Without traceable shipment, we cannot investigate a missing item.
Return costs:
Netherlands: €4.95
Europe: €9.95
Both the return costs and the risk of shipping are at your own expense.
If you return the entire order, you'll also get the shipping costs back.
In case of a partial return, the shipping costs will be at your own expense.
Refund:
As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.
