Logistics employee
As a Logistics Employee, no two days are the same. Every day, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks.
Job description
- Warehouse and inventory management;
- You monitor, analyze and optimize processes and procedures;
- Labeling, collecting, scanning and registering our jewelry;
- You check incoming goods from our suppliers for quality and quantity and process them administratively;
- Order picking and shipping of parcels and postal items;
- You report and correct any errors or deviations in outgoing and incoming orders (such as returned jewelry);
- You monitor the progress of orders and shipments and ensure that everything is sent on time;
- You maintain good contact with the sales department.
Job requirements
- You are available 24 or 32 hours per week;
- Relevant work experience in a similar position;
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken;
- In addition to experience with a standard office package, you also have experience with Excel, and possibly Exact & App4sales;
- You are a collegial and committed team player who can work independently.
